Shipping, Delivery & Return Responsibilities

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information, including address and postal code.
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Customer refusal
The customer is responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Original outbound shipping costs
- Any redelivery fees
If the customer chooses not to have the order re-shipped, the order will be subject to our standard return policy.
Freight Deliveries (LTL Shipments)
Freight shipments require:
- Scheduled delivery
- Someone present to receive the shipment
Customers must:
- Inspect shipments before signing
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt or refuse the shipment
Failure to do so may result in denied claims.
Return Shipping Responsibility
- Parcel items: Eligible for free returns (see Returns Policy)
- Freight items: Customer responsible for return shipping unless damaged, defective, or incorrect, along with new unit freight charge.
Shipping Information Entry
UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. All addresses should include a street address, city, state, and postal code. If special instructions are necessary, please note them on the checkout page.
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping information; this includes matching the address with the correct postal code as entered in the checkout process. If UPS cannot find the shipping destination due to customer error in entering the address, the shipping costs associated with returning the package to apexsupplyco.com and re-shipping the package to its correct address will be the responsibility of the customer. If after the package returns to apexsupplyco.com, a customer decides not to re-ship, the order will be subject to standard return policies including restocking fees.
International Orders
We do not ship to locations outside of the United States. If you choose to ship to a freight forwarding company, apexsupplyco.com cannot be held liable for any exchange with a forwarding company. Once delivery is confirmed by UPS, apexsupplyco.com is no longer liable for the package. Please be aware that merchandise purchased through apexsupplyco.com is only warranted within the United States.
